Description We are on the hunt for a meticulous Membership Accounting Specialist to become part of our team. The role is based in Canton, Massachusetts, and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The industry in focus is accounting and the workplace is a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the preparation, verification, and dispatch of billing information to members

• Address and rectify billing discrepancies as and when they arise

• Manage payment arrangements with members

• Conduct data entry tasks for new and existing members into billing systems

• Oversee the collection of past due member balances

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various tasks

• Perform auditing and billing functions as per requirements

• Provide customer service and manage client intake efficiently

• Utilize IMIS software for various tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial for efficient task completion.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary for managing business processes.

• Ability to execute Accounting Functions accurately and timely.

• Experience in Auditing is required to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions for accurate invoicing and payment tracking.

• Excellent Customer Service skills for providing support and resolving member issues.

• Experience in Client Intake to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.

• Knowledge of IMIS is necessary for efficient information management.
