Description

We are searching for an Accounting Manager to join our team in CANTON, Massachusetts, United States. In this role, you will be entrusted with a range of accounting duties, including the handling of customer transactions, the maintenance of financial records, and the resolution of customer concerns. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and execute journal entries and accruals

• Oversee the month and year end closing procedures

• Conduct bank reconciliations meticulously

• Leverage a strong GL background to enhance financial operations

• Oversee the full month end closing process

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions

• Handle rebates and ensure they are processed accurately

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems like ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Conduct Auditing to ensure financial compliance

• Handle Billing Functions to ensure accurate invoicing

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must.

• Experience with BlackLine is essential.

• Knowledge of Concur is needed.

• Must be adept at using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Capability to perform various Accounting Functions is necessary.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.

• Auditing skills are highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary.
