As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will assist in guiding the team to create a positive guest experience. Whether it's setting the tone for the team when you're in charge, or upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, your crew will count on you.

Hire, train & coach the team
Run a great restaurant every shift, every day
Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results. As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in areas such as,
Operations
Profit and Loss
Guest Satisfaction
Customer Service
Speed of Service
Quality Control
Managing Food Cost & Labor Cost
Workplace Safety
Following all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
Requirements
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to perform the following motions
Bending
Squatting
Twisting
Pulling
Reaching
