Acelero Learning Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish) in Camden, New Jersey

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Family Services and the overall program. This position will initiate and coordinate the clerical and secretarial functions required in effective implementation of administrative policies of the program. The Administrative Assistant will ultimately be evaluated on a combination of skills, dispositions, and behaviors, some of which are related to the specific service area of this position and others that represent general expectations of all Acelero Learning employees.Job Responsibilities:• Point of contact between Director of Family Services and various departments within organization.

• Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, coordinates meetings, arranges travel, and performs other administrative tasks.

• Designs and edits drafts of correspondence, reports, forms, charts, memos, and other documents as needed.

• Process check requests, manage petty cash, and ensure all invoices and requests are completed in accordance to fiscal policies and procedures.

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Requirements:• High school diploma required. AA preferred.

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.

• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Proven experience in administrative and secretarial roles.

• Strong knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Pass physical examination, background check, and fingerprinting screen.

This position earns up to 17.36 Hourly
