Job Description:
REGISTERED NURSE_MAH
Primary Responsibilities
Minimum 10-week program which includes:
Didactic content provided by Nurse Educator, content expert and/or ENA on-line learning modules
Collaboration with PRO EMS for simulation
Clinical Orientation with dedicated and experienced ER preceptors
Includes a 1-year ENA membership
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an NLN accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Current registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Interpersonal skill in interacting with patients, families, and a multi-disciplinary team of health-care personnel.
Minimum of 3 years medical-surgical nursing experience (ED experience preferred)
Successful completion of stated competencies
ACLS certification
Recommended Requirements: a. Membership in professional organization, ie: ENA b. Certification in Emergency Nursing (required after 2 years of employment)
