About This Role:

Forrester’s Executive Assistant provides support to our chief finance officer, chief people officer, and our chief product officer who lead teams across the globe. This role coordinates and organizes calendars and meetings and plans for travel for each executive, which includes logistics for larger functional meetings and offsites, whether virtual or in-person.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO as a backup and will frequently interact with all levels within the company to assist with corporate projects as needed. Our ideal candidate has a high degree of independence and responsibility to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. This position requires handling of confidential data and interaction with top executives both within client companies and Forrester.

Job Description:

  • Proactively support executives in all administrative aspects of the business, including maintaining and prioritizing calendars.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and conference calls. Set up and run audio/video, record calls, and create and distribute PowerPoint slides as needed.

  • Assist with investor relations. Correspond with the analysts that cover Forrester, coordinate investor conferences, and maintain a database of investor contacts.

  • Manage travel logistics (reservations, agendas, etc.) to clients' and regional offices for their executive clients.

  • Coordinate and help prepare for client meetings and visits, including packaging background research on the client or prospect and assisting with follow-up.

  • Complete expense reports for their executive clients.

  • Prepare accurate, high-quality correspondence, and assist with preparation of speeches and presentations.

  • Interact frequently with all members of the company, as well as clients, vendors, and business relations.

  • Complete project work as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • A BS degree is preferred.

  • Five to seven years' experience as executive assistant or any similar role.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.

  • Executive-level oral and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential data and dealing with high-level executives.

  • The ability to plan out months in advance and produce high-quality work quickly.

  • A well-organized, detail-oriented professional who effectively handles multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A proactive, enthusiastic team player who is willing to work in the office three days per week.

  • Experience with investor relations.
