Job Title: Electrical Mechanical Technician

Job Description

• Experienced in using Caliper, Pin Gauge, Force Gauge, Micrometer, Surface Roughness Gauge, Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Power meter, FLIR Thermal Camera, Weigh Scale. • Proficient with manual and Keyence electrical microscopes. • Good understanding of GD&T and mechanical drawing. • Proficient in micro-optics and laser alignment. • Skilled in optical and mechanical parts assembly. • Aligned and assembled micro-optics with high-power laser diodes by epoxy. • Organized the lab under 5S rules. • Inspected (visual inspection/3D measurement/functional test) incoming optical parts, laser diodes, and mechanical components using microscopes, electrical devices, and mechanical measuring tools, according to WI specifications. • Conducted in-process inspection and testing to ensure production quality. • Conducted sample testing and data recording for process control. • Performed final testing and inspection to ensure final product quality. • Documented accurate inspection results at each step for record keeping. • Transacted failed parts to MRB location and created NCMR and followed up with disposition decisions at weekly MRB meetings. • Performed calibration and troubleshooting on workstations and equipment. • Collaborated with engineers on new process development and process change verification. • Supported engineering with failure analysis.
