Teardown Crew / Air Structure

PeopleReady of Calgary, AB is looking for hardworking and reliable temporary labourers to join our team helping take down an air-supported structure located in N.W. Calgary. The successful candidate must have CSA-approved safety boots and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This is a short-term position, available on May 16th and 18th only.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 / hour.

What you'll be doing as a Teardown Crew / Air Structure:

• -Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air-supported structures

• Safely operate hand tools and power tools, such as drills, hammers, saws, and wrenches

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site

• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

• Work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

• Perform other general labour tasks as required by the project supervisor

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Must have CSA-approved safety boots

• Previous experience in construction or a similar field is preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks

• Comfortable working a in various weather conditions

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
