Job Description

IKO Industries Ltd. is offering a one-year contract opportunity for a Parts Technician at our plant in Calgary, AB. The incumbent in this role will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of the manufacturing plant by overseeing various aspects of parts and supplies management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive inventories to ensure optimal stock levels.

  • Efficiently receive and organize supplies to support manufacturing operations.

  • Catalogue parts systematically for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Execute procurement activities, including purchasing supplies and parts as needed.

  • Maintain meticulous records of inventory, transactions, and supplier information.

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Prepare statements to provide financial support for the manufacturing plant.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably possess one year of relevant experience in parts management.

  • Proficient in identifying various parts and their specifications.

  • Ability to identify and source replacements for parts when necessary.

  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory management practices.

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with different departments.

  • Capable of producing detailed reports on inventory levels to support decision-making processes.
