Description

Robert Half has teamed up with a high end boutique CPA/Business Management Firm in Calabasas, CA looking for an experienced, full charge Bookkeeper/Business Manager.

Must have business management experience

Responsibilities Include:

· Accounts payable and monitoring of client cash flow

· Accounts Receivables

· Payroll processing via various platforms

· Reconciliations and month end close, must have client bill pay experience

· Prepare financial statements and reports as necessary

· Process quarterly and annual filings such as sales tax, city business licenses, 1099's, etc

· Responsible for 20+ clients

Requirements

· Excellent communication skills with clients and staff

· Bookkeeping and business management: 3+ years

· QuickBooks Desktop and Online: 3+ years

· Payroll: 3+ years

· Must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

· Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred

· Reside locally, preferred
