Join Our Team as an HR Generalist!

What You'll Do:

• Lead our recruitment efforts and find the best talent out there.

• Foster employee relations and ensure everyone feels heard and valued.

• Implement exciting training programs that empower our employees.

• Ensure compliance and keep our HR policies top-notch.

salary: $50 - $52 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

• Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, addressing issues and concerns as they arise.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Facilitate training and development programs for employees.

• Assist with payroll processing and related inquiries.

• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
