Eaton Corporation Human Resources Early Talent Leadership Development Program in Budapest, Hungary

What you’ll do:

The Eaton Human Resources Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program consisting of two 6-month assignments and one 12-month assignment in two different countries and HR functions within the EMEA region. The first year will focus on operations and processes to give you a well-rounded understanding of the HR function. The second year offers 2 different career paths to Country HR and HR Business Partner, focusing on people and future/strategy.

  • The program role will start in Budapest, in the Human Resource Services team

  • The program is planned to start at the beginning of September 2024.

After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths within Human Resources.

Qualifications:

  • Currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree or MBA with a focus in Human Resources from an accredited institution by August 2024

  • Work or internship experience in a relevant HR related field min. 1 year-max. 3 years

Skills:

  • Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company.

  • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community.

  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results.

  • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program.

  • Ability to speak German and/or French and/or Dutch would be an added advantage
