As a Business System Analyst, you will play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for a subset of Badger’s Oracle Cloud Applications platform. In this role, you will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, and other tasks that result to a more effective and efficient organization. You are a beginner professional with strong acumen for technology, who can closely partner with partners at all levels of the company to understand, advise and deliver high quality solutions and outcomes for the business.

• Work with functional heads of departments, IT, and project teams to create Oracle Cloud Solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus

• Coordinate and manage cross functional solution dependencies across all Oracle Cloud modules

• Scope and Architect functional solutions for customers, conduct requirements gathering sessions and create documentation, aide end to end testing development and execution

• Proactively collaborate with communications and training teams to ensure Oracle Cloud modules updates are organized, well understood, and professionally delivered

• Champion an exceptional customer experience, using customer insights to identify and exceed customer needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or related field

• 1+ years of related business and/or IT experience

• 1+ years of business systems analyst experience

• 1+ years of Oracle Cloud or relative technology experience

• Understanding of Manufacturing Oracle Cloud application and willing to learn

• Strong problem solving and communication skills

• Strong knowledge in capturing and documenting business requirements

• Passionate approach to serving customers

• Ability to balance strategic concerns with day-to-day activities

• Ability to balance experience with new ideas and solutions offered by others

• Resiliency, flexibility, and learning agility in face of setbacks

• Results oriented, delivering on commitments consistently

• Solid and proactive risk assessment and creative mitigation mindset

  In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Badger’s reasonable estimate of the hiring compensation range for this role.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $64,000.00 - $90,000.00

Compensation may vary and will be determined by the geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening, which may include criminal background check, MVR history and drug test.
