Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Press Brake Operator / Production Worker:

• Set up and operate a hydraulic press brake for routine established work.

• Select correct tooling for the job task with setup documents or supervisor/lead assistance.

• Load, install, and correctly set up the tools required.

• Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.

• Account for time and work completed.

• Safely operate forklift to handle materials and completed work.

• Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues.

• Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues.

• Maintain performance logbooks on assigned area equipment, report deficiencies to the maintenance team.

• Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level. 

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications.

• Knowledge or ability to learn welding symbols and procedures.

• Ability to use or learn to use many different types of tools.

• Organizational skills.

• Knowledge of welding layout is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.

• Forklift experience is preferred. Can btain site certification.

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) 

Job requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• Related Press brake experience

• Basic fabrication background

• Demonstrate competency in basic shop math.

• Background check and drug screening required
