Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Pay Rate: $21.25/hour Background Check and Drug Test Required Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate a Rubber Miller Cutter on our production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, precision, and efficiency while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Rubber Miller Cutter machinery to ensure smooth production. Perform machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance as needed to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and quality control guidelines to ensure products meet specifications. Inspect materials and products during operation to detect any defects or deviations. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform minor troubleshooting of equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery.
