We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A or B Driver to join our team. As a crucial member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another. This position requires excellent driving skills and a commitment to safety. Must be willing to helpload and unload trucks.

salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive various commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in a safe and efficient manner.

• Transport goods and materials over long distances or local routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling of freight.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries made.

• Provide outstanding customer service, including prompt and courteous interaction with clients at pick-up and delivery points.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
