General Purpose: As a Customer Account Specialist, you\'ll be entrusted with maintaining precise customer records and fostering effective communication with our credit and accounting teams to uphold Wolter\'s high standards. Position Responsibilities: Set up and maintain new and existing customer accounts. Verify customer information and address any potential fraud concerns. Communicate with customers to facilitate smooth invoicing processes. Evaluate customer credit and assign appropriate credit limits. Accurately assign tax, territory, and sales information to customer records. Update open orders in response to changes in customer accounts. Manage pending credit applications and follow up on references. Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders. Handle requests for ACH/Wire Payments, COI, etc. Ensure 99% invoice delivery via email. Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and billing.
