Job Title : Marketing Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing team. This role involves executing various administrative tasks, managing social media, and helping coordinate marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Associate degree in business or related field
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
1 year of social media experience preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Strong communication skills, Spanish a plus
Responsibilities
Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation
Support social media management and maintain a content calendar
Prepare for trade shows and assist with product samples and marketing materials
Maintain inventory of promotional items and coordinate events
Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
Perform other related duties as needed
Success Factors
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
