Job Title : Marketing Administrative Assistant

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing team. This role involves executing various administrative tasks, managing social media, and helping coordinate marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

  • 1 year of social media experience preferred

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Strong communication skills, Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation

  • Support social media management and maintain a content calendar

  • Prepare for trade shows and assist with product samples and marketing materials

  • Maintain inventory of promotional items and coordinate events

  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Perform other related duties as needed

Success Factors

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
