The role
We have an exciting newly formed position to join our expanding team in Banyo QLD.
The Trade Assistant position will support of service centre operations including but not limited to new equipment builds, operation of workshop equipment, supporting technicians with repair of product, workshop cleaning, uncrating new equipment and assisting with workflow for technicians.
Responsibilities
Using a forklift to move new equipment into work bays
General cleaning and rubbish removal from workshop
Assisting technicians to build new equipment
Assisting technicians to repair existing customer product
Washing machinery
Operation of reel sharpening machines
Picking up and dropping off customer products
The successful candidates will possess
Driver’s license
Knowledge or experience in workshop environment
Forklift license preferred
Good work ethic and teamwork skills
No qualification required
