Begin your journey wish us as a Reservations Agent at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. As a Reservations Agent you will be required to ensure the following:

• Handling and processing reservations and inquiries

• Pre-arrival checks against booking information

• Follow up on No-Shows and late cancelations

• Lead and work closely with other members of the Reservations team

• Promoting the hotel F&B Venues and other services and amenities.

Who you are and what you need:

• Work experience within reservations team within 4/5 start hotel environment

• Working knowledge of Opera

• Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
