The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking Expression of Interests from highly motivated Training Leads who would provide technical expertise and advice to support the Aviation Mission Planning Team.

Under direction from the Aviation Mission Planning Capability Lead, the position would support and enforce the Training System requirements for:

  • curriculum development and maintenance

  • analysis of change requests for training

  • developmental activities for changes to training

  • system reviews for training development.

    The Training Lead would be accountable to the Aviation Mission Planning Capability Lead to provide training support for the AMS deliverables, supported as follows:

Identify curriculum documentation and materials required to be developed, including (but not limited to):

  • computer based training packages

  • presentations

  • videos, if required.

  • Support the customer to maintain the training materials to ensure that complete and current versions of the training materials are available to meet the subsequent releases of AMS.

  • Analyse any request for changes to training to determine whether the proposed change is correctly scoped against the agreed requirements prior to committing to the full developmental processes.

Support to the following mandated system reviews for training development, in accordance with the approved Training System Plan including:

  • training needs analysis review

  • training design review

  • pre-pilot course review

  • training change completion audit.

All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 clearance. Only candidates holding an NV1 clearance or above should apply.
