YOUR ROLE

  • The CX Activation Manager is responsible to hostcustomervisitson sitewith different stakeholders (C-Level, Head of Materials, Partners fromAcademiaand Lobby etc.) across different industriesshowcasingdigital and physicalproofpointsof our portfolio.

  • Leads regional CX activation strategy and steers brand portfolio and message house for CX on site visitsand inspires the customers to partner with usor further strengthen their long-standing partnership with us aroundnew solutions.

  • Creates different customer journeys according topersonaneeds.

  • Responsible for developing global content enhancements forlocalcustomerexperiences

  • Leads local CX centers communication with the aim to position Henkel as Thought Leader

  • Develops concrete action plans to mitigate content deviations or gaps

  • Supports central marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position HenkelAdhesive Technologiesacross allcustomertouchpoints

  • Develops systematic approaches and programs toidentifyand map Customer Journeys for B2C and B2B

  • Generation of long-term and innovative ideas, as well as their development and implementation withtechnical functions

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00.This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.We mayultimately paymore or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also bemodifiedin the future.
