Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Undertake electro-mechanical maintenance tasks, including but not limited to hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanics.

• Proficiently troubleshoot and replace various components such as A/C and D/C motors, sensors, bearings, and gearboxes.

• Conduct calibration procedures both electrically and mechanically.

• Execute scheduled maintenance according to established preventive maintenance plans.

• Manage routine work orders efficiently.

• Respond promptly to emergency work orders within defined timelines.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.

• Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, fostering collaboration across all levels of plant operations and management.

• Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.

• Possess the ability to interpret schematics.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

• Exhibit qualities of self-motivation, reliability, punctuality, and organization.

• Adapt to evolving duties and responsibilities in alignment with business requirements.

• Available to support either 2nd (3pm - 11 pm) or 3rd (11pm - 7 am) shift hours, with flexibility for split shifts if needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
