Green Chimneys Environmental Services Foreman in Brewster, New York
Green Chimneys is looking for a team leader that will support all staff in a manner, which will reinforce their efforts in the performance of their duties. This leader will over seen the team leaders and help manage the many subordinates in the department. They Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Environmental Services and equipment and take corrective action. May purchase Environmental Services supplies and equipment and take periodic inventories. The incumbent will work directly with the Director of Environmental Services to ensure quality work and upkeep of compliance. **Bilingual Spanish preferred What you bring to Green Chimneys:Education/Experience:Bachelor degree in appropriate field or 2-3 years of technical experience in the appropriate facility services environment required.Technical knowledge of chemicals and cleaning procedures and the ability to oversee projects, seasonal variances and variable manpower is required.Experience directing skilled, semi-skilled and non-skilled trade personnel required.Ability to receive verbal and written instructions and to fulfill such instructions.Valid Driver’s LicenseSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with flexibility as needed.This is a full time, non-exempt, benefit eligible position at $47,000 annually.
