Accounting/Finance Intern - Summer 2025

Overall Job Summary

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Finance Summer Intern to join our finance team for a 11-week paid internship in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate finance and contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

• Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Data Management: Work with financial data to maintain accurate records and assist in data analysis.

• Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Investment Analysis: Support investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions.

• Risk Management: Assist in identifying and assessing financial risks and recommend strategies for mitigation.

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.

• Audit Support: Collaborate with the finance team to provide support during audits and financial reviews.

• Corporate Accounting: Assist in monthly preparation and analysis of financial statements

What We Look For

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Enthusiasm for corporate finance and financial analysis.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
