Express Employment Professionals Office Administrator in Bremerton, Washington
Overview:
A dynamic communication company in Bremerton is looking for a Part-time Office Administrator to join their team.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, prepare outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary.
- Assist in preparing sales orders, including gathering necessary documentation and entering information accurately into the system. Ensure timely and accurate closure of sales orders.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues in a courteous and timely manner.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative/office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of NetSuite preferred but not required
Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-2:30PM
Pay: $21.00
