What’s unique about the Mondelez Netherlands Commercial Early Career Program?

The program offers a unique opportunity, to develop yourself into one of our leaders of tomorrow.

Your learning path will be sculptured by on-the-job industry experience with guidance from senior managers and mentors. You’ll get to work across our commercial functions in a series (likely 2-3) full-time placements and gain depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts as well as an understanding of our business – an amazing chance to grow every day.

The concrete positions will be aligned with the business. You will start in a key role in Sales (Field Sales, Account Support Management). In the second and third role you will get the chance to broaden and enhance your skills-set in other roles / departments. Depending upon your own passion and learning curve, you might go to Category Management, Marketing, Data Insights, E-commerce, Sales or other departments.

What we look for:

We look for a variety of qualities in graduate candidates – drive, creativity, interpersonal savvy, agility and business acumen. We appreciate individuals who like to take initiatives, deal well with ambiguity instead of ignoring it and who know how to tackle difficulties and challenges.

  • Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) or student in the final year of master’s studies

  • University courses preferred: General Business Administration, (International) Management, (International) Business Development, Marketing & Communications, Economy, Marketing analytics and data science.

  • First relevant working experience in commercial function

  • Fluent English & Dutch (mandatory)

  • Profound analytical and communication skills

  • Passion to pursue a career in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods

  • Driver’s license
