Job Description:

Green Rabbit is the leading e-commerce cold chain logistics provider to the food industry and is based in Braintree, Massachusetts. We are looking for intelligent, driven, tech-savvy team members to join our growing team. The Junior Staff Accountant position heavily focuses on data entry and customer service. Advanced excel skills and a high level of attention to detail are required to be successful in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintains all accounts receivable

• Mail/email monthly statements to customers

• Collection efforts once accounts become past due

• Compile/maintain new customer applications

• Verify all new customers in Cofanet

• Month end accruals

• Enter credit card charges and reconcile credit card statements

• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts

• Willingness to complete other tasks assigned by the controller

Required Qualifications:

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of Staff Accountant Experience

Netsuite system experience preferred but not required

An associate degree in accounting required

Advanced experience in Excel required

Must be dependable and oriented

Detailed-oriented and strong communication skills is a must for this role.
