The Senior Sales Reporting Analyst within the Outdoor Performance platform provides valuable insights and analysis that drive the strategic objectives of the organization. By focusing on the consumer first, emphasizing power brands, and making internal investments, the team aims to cultivate a robust Outdoor Performance business that truly connects with its target audience.

The Senior Sales Reporting Analyst leverages data and analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to optimize sales strategies. Their work is essential in ensuring that the team's efforts align with the overarching goals of building a successful Outdoor Performance business.

This position reports to the Sr. Sales Support Manager and can be based out of our Bozeman, MT or Logan, UT offices.

As the Senior Sales Reporting Analyst, you will have an opportunity to:

• Identify and improve reporting needs and opportunities to enhance reporting on current sales trends and estimate future circulation sales.

• Support management with accurate and timely reports and analytics for evaluating client value and sales force productivity.

• Build, validate, and maintain BI reports to fulfill standard and ad-hoc requests from our customers, which include Business Management, Sales Management, the sales force, and Finance.

• Ensure all processes are designed to protect the integrity and the accuracy of the data.

• Provide professional and effective presentation materials to the sales force.

• Develop expertise in trade flows, trade booking practices, and the systems used to report sales.

• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and for efficiencies in our report production processes.

• Lead the development of expanded BI reporting capabilities.

• Distribute assigned reports and analysis on time and to specifications.

• Work closely with our BI team to ensure data integrity and standardization across different brands and multiple ERP systems.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, Finance, Business, Accounting, or similar field

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a sales environment

• Experience developing sales forecasts and revenue models based on sales trends and analysis

• Analysis of investment, cost, and margin trends while providing insight and recommendations for business decisions

• Advanced skills Usage level in various reporting tools to include Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Macro’s, pivots, Power Query, Power Pivot), PowerBI, etc.

• Experience consolidating data and reporting from multiple ERPs and BI systems

• Experience in various ERP systems including NetSuite and SAP

• Experience with Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Warehouses

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations and/or Customer Service function

• Previous experience in the outdoor industry and knowledge of distribution channels where this product is sold is preferred.
