The WKU Department of Theatre & Dance seeks an instructor of musical theatre beginning with the 2024-2025 academic year. This individual will primarily teach courses in our musical theatre curriculum, including Applied Voice, Musical Theatre Ensemble, Musical Theatre Workshop, and Musical Theatre Repertoire and Styles of Musical Theatre Dance. This individual may be asked to direct, music direct, and/or choreograph department productions. Additional duties may include work on behalf of the department in the areas of recruiting, community outreach, committee service, and occasional production support. This individual may also be called on to support the department's general education program.

Job Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Music, Theatre, or a related field.
