For more information, please visit www.verathon.com. Overview Verathon is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to become the newest member of our Customer Care Team located in Bothell, WA. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for professionally handling incoming requests from the Field Sales Teams including orders and evaluation and demonstration equipment requests. Responsibilities Ensure that all tasks are performed, and issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly Provide total customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations Processing of orders in accordance with established SLAs Ability to provide back up support for some duties of Inbound Customer Care and International Sales Support positions as needed Maintain logs, records, and files manually and electronically Research customer's accounts receivable issues and assist in resolution Other ad hoc duties as needed. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience is required Requires three years of direct customer service experience and a proven desire and ability to serve customers successfully. Experience with receiving and making calls in a call center or high-volume office environment Ability to perform and thrive in a continual learning environment Ability to learn and understand FDA and HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance where needed Intermediate understanding of Windows Operating System, web-based software products, and wireless technology Experience with basic accounting principles Prior experience in solving customer and work-related problems Excellent verbal and written English skills with ability to type accurately and proficiently Work independently or as a team member with reliable on-time and consistent attendance Knowledge of customer service databases Salary range - $19.00 - $26.00 per hour (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location. If this position is filled outside the Seattle WA metro area, this salary range will vary depending on the specific hiring location.) Full-time non-sales employees are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
