JPMorgan Chase Treasury Management Officer - Middle Market and Specialized Industries in Boston, Massachusetts

As a Treasury Management Officer within the Middle Market and Specialized Industries team, you are a strategic sales professional with experience in treasury, digital payments, financial technology, and/or enterprise software. You enjoy gaining a deep understanding of your clients needs and confidently lead sales conversations as a trusted advisor. This enables you to build trust and grow client relationships. You will lead deal teams consisting of Product Sales specialists, Treasury Associates and Analysts. You build true partnerships with a variety of internal stakeholders (Banking, Service, Implementation, Product) to deliver a best-in-class experience to clients through all phases of their relationships with the bank.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

  • Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.

  • Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework.

  • Independently lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex client business process reviews.

  • Raise new solution ideas while partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.

  • Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.

  • Travel, both client-facing and internal travel, is required in this role.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Five years of B2B sales and relationship management experience

  • Success developing new business with focus on prospecting

  • Knowledge and understanding of treasury, digital payments, fintech and/or enterprise software products

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organizations

  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • MBA

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation

  • Middle Market, Pharma, or Life Sciences Consulting experience
