What You Can Expect

The ZB PIQ Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the attainment of quota through Zimmer Biomet. The Regional Sales Manager will work directly with distributors, physicians, executives, and care teams to develop a pipeline, maximize PIQ, and expand market share within Zimmer Biomet’s portfolio of products.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Manage a geography through strategic prospecting, pipeline development, closing activities, and achieving sales goals for Zimmer Biomet.

  • Integrate with the ZB PIQ team to increase market share within Zimmer Biomet’s unique ecosystem of solutions.

  • Measure, report and forecast accurate pipeline and sales targets.

  • Meet and exceed sales quota.

  • Leverage insights gained from customers and competitors to provide recommendations to product engine team to enhance and expand business opportunities.

  • Develop programs that exhibit a lasting partnership between the customer and Zimmer Biomet.

  • Strong presentation skills to physicians, executives, and large audiences

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both speaking and listening to others

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and influence outcomes Understanding of the sales, marketing, product engine, implementation and distributor functions

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in technology selling and account management. Demonstrated track record of success (top 10-20%) in selling disruptive technologies, software solutions, clinical/executive selling, and program development. Leadership experience preferred.

Travel Expectations

Up to 75% travel may be required
