Salary/Bonus: $175-200k + bonus + stock

Requirements:

• 10+ yrs exp

• Public / Private mix; CPA

• SaaS / Software industry experience a must

• Strong revenue accounting and recognition exp.

• Demonstrated success scaling and developing controls and procedures

Job description/Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department including accounts payable,

invoicing, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial reporting activities

• Ensure accounting compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and Company policies

• Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial

statements and proper record keeping

• Establish proper monitoring and separation of duties between accounting, finance and HR in the

areas of payroll and benefits, etc.

• Ensure the completion of month-end close activities including preparation of journal entries,

reconciliations, accruals and reporting

• Prepare and maintain monthly cashflow forecasts to effectively manage cash balances

• Manage and lead audit, banking and tax relationships and drive annual audit / tax processes with

advisors

• Evaluate and improve our accounting software instance to streamline processes and

improve efficiency

• Support HR and CFO with day-to-day benefits items (including health, dental, 401k, etc
