Schedule Weekly Hours:32 Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Specialty Clinic team, with a focus of Sleep Medicine. This provider would work collaboratively with local primary care providers as well as have access to Gundersen specialty providers. This role would manage patients with sleep disorders including sleep disordered breathing, insomnia, hypersomnia, restless legs syndrome and parasomnia different ages (youth through geriatric). You would provide expert knowledge when consulted and refer patients to other specialty services when needed. This is a .8 FTE position working four days per week, 7:30am to 4:00pm with no weekends and no call. The position may include outreach of once to twice per month. Our Specialty Clinic is located in Boscobel, WI and serves several rural communities in the driftless area of Southwest Wisconsin. At least 2 years\' experience post degree NP/PA in direct patient care. Strong preference given to candidates with experience in sleep medicine. Family medicine, Pulmonary, ENT, Neurology experience are relevant. Proven skills as a health care provider. Demonstrated ability to work both cooperatively and independently in patient care. Ability to work with patients of different ages (youth through geriatric). Excellent personal and interactive skills.
