Perform wafer level electrical characterization and design validation of NAND Flash devices using Advantest / NEXTEST test equipment and semiconductor parameter analyzers. Ensure core components of the design are fully functional and that all sub-circuits are operating as expected per the Design Datasheet or other target specification. Perform Packaged-part testing and characterization of NAND Flash devices using Advantest / NEXTEST equipment, logic analyzers and oscilloscopes. Ensure overall device or product is compliant with customer specifications as listed in External Customer Datasheet or other target specification. Perform Data analysis of NAND Flash devices to improve manufacturing test yields using Micron proprietary data extraction and analysis software and industry standard analysis software including Excel and JMP. Extract data from wafer fabrication, wafer test, and package test areas of the manufacturing flow. Conduct Correlation of wafer level tests between engineering and production test equipment. Replicate device testing between different platforms to ensure that the proper test conditions and pass/fail criteria are being applied with the end goal of maximizing both quality and yield.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
