How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ \ Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is looking for a Partner Account Manager to develop and execute a strategy to accelerate the sales of Ericsson\'s Private Cellular Network portfolio. The Partner Account Manager will build business plans that align with our corporate strategy and execute regional priorities and company growth initiatives.They will also ensure the Partner sales force is trained, skilled, motivated, and measured appropriately for delivering Private Network solutions.\ \ They will actively recruit and build a holistic go-to-market plan with a targeted set of partners. The go-to-market plan will require the Partner Account Manager to deliver a sales & technical enablement plan, strategic sales initiatives, pipeline management, and accurate forecasts.In addition to the above, the Partner Account Manager will remove obstacles that inhibit team success.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Create and execute partner sales strategy for Ericsson\'s Enterprise Private Cellular Network Solutions
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and drive partnerships with an ecosystem to accelerate the growth and adoption of Ericsson\'s Private Network portfolio and adjacent or new enterprise technologies
  • Leverage existing relationships to help partners accelerate their Private Cellular Network practice and overall Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Portfolio
  • Collaborate with partners & extended teams to build a successful and sustainable Private Cellular Network business
  • Develop partner go-to-market plan- including enablement, joint marketing, sales strategy, KPIs, forecasting, customer success, life cycle management, etc
  • Support partner-led sales within territories and regions to ensure linear tracking of targeted revenue, margin, and profitability metrics
  • Develop partnerships the right way- follow our ethics and compliance policy and process to ensure we build long-standing and successful partnerships
  • Implement sales initiatives to meet or exceed goals
  • Ensure alignment of resources to meet account coverage and sales targets and maximize the use of sales resources
  • Assist in securing executive contacts for key accounts or partners and facilitate sales at the executive account level
  • Drive the success of partner-related programs
  • Manage and deploy co-marketing services and funding
  • Manage roll-up and communication of aggregate forecasts
  • Exercise strong cost management and control

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with partners to develop and launch new solutions
  • 10+ years of Direct and Channel sales experience
  • Deep understanding of the Public and Private Wireless Networking industry, vertical solutions, and ecosystem
  • Team player with demonstrated social skills and ability to get along well with others
  • Strong skills in building, maintaining, and expanding channel sales relationships
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Ability to travel and support trade shows
  • Ability to drive weekly call volume goals
  • Prioritize and adjust to the changing demands of the position
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/ and annual channel sales revenue goals as assigned
  • Experience in managing the channel sales pipeline
  • Must be able to coordinate channel partners, inside sales, and outside sales engagements
  • Serve as a liaison between the channel partner and other internal Ericsson departments
  • Assist channel partner marketing team with demand-generation campaigns
  • Maintain a good ROI of all expenses
  • Must live in the Western US Region
