ManpowerGroup Financial Analyst in Boise, Idaho

Our client is looking for an experienced professional to take the role of Financial Analyst III. As a Financial Analyst III, you will be supporting the P&L management for the business. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Title: Financial Analyst III

Location: Boise, Idaho- HYBRID

Pay Range: $32.85/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Manage end-to-end P&L analysis and optimization to maximize business growth.

  • Develop and maintain business models, analysis, and reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Develop and manage weekly, quarterly, and yearly financial forecasts and operational targets.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop plans and proactively identify new opportunities

  • Serve as a focal point to interact with the Finance team on any financial-related topics.

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in business planning, operations and finance, or related areas

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of finance concepts and proven experience with finance-related functions

  • Expertise in using advanced Excel functions and ability to develop and maintain financial models.

  • Experience communicating with various management levels.
