Micron, a world-class leader in innovating memory and storage solutions, is seeking a driven and ambitious Facilities Coordinator to join our Construction team in Boise. At Micron, we are building the future of memory and storage with our new ID1 advanced high-bandwidth memory fabrication facility in Boise, ID. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to have a direct hand in the construction of one of the most sophisticated fabrication sites in the world! As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring flawless execution of construction projects, with a specific focus on HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and be responsible for all construction activities related to HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Work together with contractors, vendors, and internal team members to establish project needs and project achievements

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement vital adjustments to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets world-class standards

• Manage documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into overall project plans

• Assist in the evaluation and selection of contractors and suppliers, based on proven expertise and competitive pricing

Requirements:

• Educational background in Construction Management or a related field, such as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on HVAC systems

• Extensive understanding of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with a variety of individuals involved in the project

• Passionate about delivering outstanding results with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
