As a DRAM Engineering Support Lead within the Lab Operations team at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for building and developing a team of engineers and technicians who execute specialized and highly technical projects within state of the art lab spaces. As Micron is on the forefront of memory technology, this team is charged with partnering with highly technical leaders across the company to push the boundaries of the industry.

The projects managed by this team enables global Micron teams to support next generation memory technologies, develop critical product features, and identify unique compatibility challenges.

Responsibilities and tasks include:

• Recruit, hire, and develop team members to enable the team’s long-term direction

• Promote a positive team culture through servant leadership principles

• Manage project expectations and timelines for specialized & highly technical projects across engineering teams

• Develop and document processes and procedures for consistent repeatability of experiments

• Develop pathfinding strategies that align with validation and product roadmaps

• Maintain an understanding of Micron products and customer platforms

Qualifications and skills include:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science

• 5+ years of engineering experience

• People leadership interest or experience

• A clear understanding of general lab processes, DRAM technologies, servers & PCs, test chambers, and other validation testing equipment

• Highly effective collaboration and project management skills

• Excellent analytical, analysis, and problem-solving skills

• Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with multifaceted demands
