Responsible for developing and deploying advanced technologies in the fields of CD measurement, Registration and Blank Inspection in order to meet Micron's technology roadmap requirements. Work with other engineering teams to continue to improve existing Metrology process capability and efficiency. Evaluate gaps, provide guidance to management team on Metrology and Blank inspection roadmap. Develop and implement advanced Metrology and Blank inspection technology and processes. Provide expert insight into fundamentals of Metrology processes and tool capabilities. Monitor equipment vendor roadmaps, and align to Micron's technology requirements. Develop and implement robust tool monitoring/control techniques. Be able to work independently or as a team member to generate new ideas, processes, and methodologies. Initiate and implement new or optimized processes in a timely manner with the goal of improving metrology accuracy, mask yield, and production efficiency. Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve overall mask quality and capability. Mentor and train other engineers and manufacturing personnel as needed.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Engineering or related field.
