Our client is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative IV to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative IV, you will be supporting the Sales Support Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills, the ability to multitask and problem solving ability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative IV

Location: Boise, Idaho

Pay Range: $18.37/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Close sales on assigned products or assigned customers

  • Inform customers of company promotions and upgrades, product extensions, services and supplies

  • Build and maintain solid customer relations

  • Actively collaborate with field sales and others to endure seamless account coverage

  • Attain quarterly targets and annual quota

What’s Needed?

  • Two year university/Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Three years of customer service experience in a call center, technical or IT related field

  • Solid telesales skills

  • Ability to multitask and work well within a team

  • Excellent problem solving skills
