As a Customer Solutions Rep, the perfect candidate will have superior communication and organizational skills and excellent problem-solving ability.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Boise, Idaho-THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE

Pay Range: $18.88

What’s the Job?

  • Validate customer entitlement and log cases for routing or dispatching end-users to the proper resources.

  • Manage service request of customers through various access channels.

  • Work with escalated customers, driving actions in post-incident reviews.

  • Review customer feedback related to entitlement and case management, analyzing statistics for continuous improvement.

  • Lead projects for process or quality improvements, documenting changes accordingly.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college-level education preferred

  • Minimum of 5+ years of general experience, or equivalent combination of experience

  • Computer proficiency and problem solving skills

  • Accuracy in data entry
