ManpowerGroup Customer Service Rep in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Rep IV to join their team.

As a Customer Service Rep IV, you will be the first point of contact for customers providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability and time management skills.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep IV-Contract

Location: Boise, Idaho Hybrid

Pay Range: $16.60/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for validating customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources

  • Manage the service requests of customers through different channels

  • Review customer feedback related to customer entitlement and case management

  • Manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision

  • Act as a mentor or trainer on the team.

What’s Needed?

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in tech support, call center or telesales

  • Must be a team player and juggle multiple tasks

  • Computer proficiency, data entry with accuracy

  • Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills
