Analyst, Product Delivery

Role

• Creates and maintains Dashboards and Macros to automate the production of reports that supports and shows the Product Delivery Team initiatives and performance.

• Works with business areas and the Product Delivery Team members to gather the team needs for reports and to understand the rationale behind the metrics

• Support Product Delivery Team working tools (such as Confluence, SharePoint, Power Bi Dashboards, etc.) and represents the needs of the region in regard to enhancements, requirements, etc.

• Design and create visual aids and presentations to effectively communicate Product Delivery’s initiatives, achievements, and executive status to different audiences. The candidate must have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and visually appealing way.

• Ensures Product Delivery’s adherence to the established methodology and identifies key process improvements that leads to enhance its services.

• Establishes compliance tracking methods that secure data timeliness and accuracy.

• Analyzes and understands complex sets of data and converts data into information that drives recommendations that can be used for effective management decision-making.

• Conduct research and provide and deploy best-in-class industry practices on a continuous basis

• Provides technical support to the area (website maintenance, system upgrades etc.)

All About You

• Advanced analytical capabilities and skills (master use of MS Office Excel and Access)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively coordinate multiple resources and collaborate cross-functionally in a highly dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Power BI and strong understanding of data modeling and data transformation techniques.

• Experience with other BI tools and technologies

• Problem-solving skills.

• Process-oriented, with the ability to create, establish and monitor tools and methodologies.

• Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills, and someone who thrives in a multi-disciplinary/multi-tasking environment.

• Creative, proactive, resourceful, and results driven.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) a must.
