Description

We are searching for a Staff Accountant to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties full cycle accounting. You will be responsible for journal entries, month end closing, reporting and reconciliations. Our client offers a HYBRID work schedule and opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and handle related inquiries

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and up-to-date

• Prepare journal entries and complete the month-end close process

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline processes

• Implement best practices in accounting and contribute to process improvements

• Ensure all financial operations align with current laws and regulations

• Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals

• Analyze financial data to provide insightful reports and aid in decision making

• Provide support during internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• Proficiency in conducting Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding of General Ledger operations

• Experience in preparing Journal Entries

• Ability to handle Month End Close procedures efficiently

• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
