• Assist the claims department, IT, and IA firms in streamlining the onboarding of 1099 storm staff, ensuring all technical setup and documentation requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

• Collaborate with IT to ensure new storm staff are properly set up in the system. This includes troubleshooting any access-related issues that may arise.

• Communicate issues between IT and the claims department and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and communication.

• Must be proficient in Excel and computer systems in general to provide assistance where needed during the onboarding process.

• Monitor onboarding progress, track key milestones, and report updates to leadership using project management knowledge to ensure timely completion and accountability.
