Job Description:
Apex has an immediate need for a Sr.ProjectManager to support our Fortune 50 client. This person will lead the project team and be responsible todeliver capabilities related to an warehouse management system implementation and integration with an ERP inventory management system. Duties toinclude:
- drive project milestones being delivered by a lean/agile team
- collaborate with many stakeholders to resolve issues and impediments to project progress
- keep technical teams on track & escalate risks and issues as needed
Ideal Candidates will have greatexamples of:
- Project Management experience supporting IT initiatives
- Work experience with cross-functional Agile Scrum Teams
- Exposure to Supply Chain initiatives and teams
- Strong communication skills
- Working with large, global, complex teams with many internal and external project dependencies

Requirements: * 5 - 10 years of Project Management experience delivering large and/or complex projects * Experienced in managing full life-cycle projects, including schedule, budget, risk/issue management and status reporting to various levels of the organization * Expertise in applying the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing IT solutions * Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget * Experience working with agile teams and understanding of the SAFe framework * Proven problem solving and organizational skills * Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation * Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization. * Ability to travel independently (0-25% depending on project assignment) Additional Desired Skills: *Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset *Highly developed oral and written communications skills *Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others *High level of analytical ability *High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. *Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously *PMP certification a plus *Business Analysis skills a plus
