Description
Your responsibilities include staying updated on various training techniques and business processes, as well as engaging with proprietary products and systems. You may contribute to the training design process by collaborating with Instructional Designers and Communication Specialists.
Your main tasks involve delivering training curriculum to support functional business areas within Insurance Solutions Operations. This includes providing process, procedure, and systems training to diverse audiences, ranging from newly hired employees to leadership members. Training sessions are conducted in a virtual environment.
To support the learning environment, you focus on thorough preparation, effective time management, professionalism, and a learner-centric approach to promote engagement. Additionally, you track performance metrics, provide feedback to stakeholders, engage with learners post-training, and drive changes to learning strategies as needed.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or higher
2 years of experience in adult technical training in a corporate environment
Familiarity with adult learning theory or methodologies (ADDIE/SAM model)
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong technical skills with previous experience working in MS Office Suite and MS Teams
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Experience training in the healthcare and/or insurance industry
4 years of presentation and facilitation expertise
Strong work ethic, personal accountability, independence, and dependability
Effective interpersonal influence, collaboration, and listening skills, with proven success in driving results individually and in a team setting
Ability to communicate effectively, motivate, work with minimal direction or supervision, and perform well under pressure
