Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Program Manager to join our team. This role reports to the General Manager at our plant in Bloomington, MN and is considered a critical member of the CPP-Minneapolis team, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams at CPP and offers a competitive compensation & benefits package which includes a bonus program that is paid quarterly, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K with match, robust paid vacation & holidays.Major ResponsibilitiesWork closely with quality and product engineersManage key CPP accounts assigned including all interactions, lead all meetingsCoordinate customer team including customer service representative, quality engineers and part engineersUnderstand and maintain all customer specific delivery, quality and cost metricsOversee bookings, backlog, customer scorecards and demand pipelineUnderstand contract terms and conditions and execute in accordance with corporate policiesAbout YouBachelors' Degree in Business or Technical Degree8 years of customer-facing account management experience working with large customers B2B manufacturing environment2 years of leadership experienced requiredPrevious experience in the aerospace and/or casting industry preferred, but not required.Demonstrate intermediate or advanced skills in spreadsheet creation, data analysis (Excel), and presentation design (PowerPoint)What do we have to offerPositive and collaborative work environmentFlexible schedulePaid trainingQuarterly bonusesEducational Assistance401K with matchConsolidated Precision Products (CPP) is an industry-leading manufacturer of highly-engineeredcomponents and sub-assemblies, supplying the commercial aerospace, military and industrial markets with small-to-large "function critical" products.
